Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RentBeacon, a service of Allay Property Management (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or embedding our widget you agree to them.

The service

RentBeacon provides embeddable rent estimate widgets, property reports, owner lead capture, and neighborhood market data pages for property management companies. Features and plan limits are described on our pricing page and may evolve over time.

Estimates are not appraisals

Rent and value estimates are generated from comparable properties and public-record market data. They are informational estimates only — not appraisals, and not a guarantee of achievable rent or sale price. You should not present them to owners as anything more, and neither you nor your clients should rely on them as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the websites where you embed the widget, for complying with laws that apply to your business (including email and telemarketing rules when contacting captured leads), and for the accuracy of your own branding and disclosures. You may not resell RentBeacon data outside your own property management business, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to collect information from people without their knowledge.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Plans include a monthly allowance of property reports; when the allowance is reached, further report generation pauses until the period resets or you upgrade. You can cancel at any time from the billing page — cancellation stops future charges, and there are no cancellation fees.

Data

Leads captured through your widget belong to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Market data is licensed from our data providers for use within the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of third-party data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by updating the date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Questions: hello@rentbeacon.io.
